SHIPPING
GCDS Srl ships with DHL using an Express shipping service.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Italy on weekdays, excluding national holidays.
Before we can ship your purchases, we need to match your details with your credit card company/payment method. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email is NOT an approval of your order, only confirmation that we have received it. We reserve the right not to accept your order if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.
After that, we work closely with our logistics and shipping partner to fulfill all orders received. We do our best to keep the wait as short as possible, however during busy periods, such as sales, orders may experience slight delays due to high demand.
GCDS Srl cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our control, such as transportation problems or customs difficulties. Please contact Customer Service for assistance in this regard.
Shipping times and costs:
GCDS Srl processes orders within 24 hours of placing them, during the first available working day.
For all shipments to countries outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for all import taxes, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the country to which the shipment is being made.
Payment of these fees is essential to allow customs clearance of the order.
It is not possible to calculate the exact amount you will pay for taxes and duties, so please check them before placing an order.
No cancellation or size change can be guaranteed after a successful order scheduling, so please carefully check your order details before making payment. To change your shipping address, please contact Customer Service; if the order has already been closed or processed, please contact DHL for the change.
After the order is processed by logistics, you will receive an email with the shipping details and a tracking number to monitor the shipment at any time, until the package is received.
Order delivery:
For all shipments to countries outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for all import taxes, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the country to which the shipment is being made.
Payment of these fees is essential to allow customs clearance of the order.

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing for delivery. Packages always leave the warehouse carefully wrapped.
If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with, customers are asked to sign for receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery by notifying Customer Service. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately contact the carrier and notify GCDS Customer Service.
Once the shipment has been delivered and signed correctly by the recipient and/or no delivery problem is promptly reported, GCDS Srl's responsibility for the shipment ends. We will not be responsible in the event of loss, theft, damage or any other event that may occur after the successful delivery of the shipment.
In the event that, for any reason, the customer refuses delivery of the package, the shipping costs and import taxes related to the automatic return of the package to the sender will be charged to the customer.
For anything not expressly provided for in this document, reference is made to the general conditions of the sales contract and to the provisions of law.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We hope you enjoy your order! However, if you are not completely happy or have simply changed your mind, you can open an online return request within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
The products must be sent back in the exactly same condition you received them: not worn, not washed and returned with all attached tags/labels.
We reserve the right to reject items returned in a condition other than those described above.

RETURN REQUEST
Log in the MY ACCOUNT section in your user dashboard, under ORDERS.
Open the details of your order and select "RETURN".
Our customer service will authorize your return request within a couple of business days.
How do I return my articles?
Once you receive our authorization email:
1. Place the items to be returned preferably in the original box, covering/removing the original shipping labels.
2. Print the shipping label and affix it to the package, making sure to cover or remove any other existing labels.
3. Print the Return List and place it inside the package. Including this document will help us identify your return and speed up the refund process.
4. If you are shipping from a country outside the European Union, you will also find the Proforma Invoice attached. Please print it, place it in an envelope, and attach the envelope to the outside of the package, as it is required for customs purposes.
5. Schedule a pickup directly from your home by visiting the FedEx website, or drop off your package at a nearby Service Point.
Please note that return shipping costs and any customs duties are borne by the customer.
We suggest you to always keep the receipt of the shipment.

REFUND
Once your return shipment arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected for quality, which may take a few business days.
We will notify you upon receipt of the items. If the return meets our requirements, a refund will be issued within 14 days of the confirmation email. The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
If you do not receive a notification, please contact our Customer Service for assistance.
For returns from Non-EU Countries, any customs charges sustained to import the goods will also be deducted from your refund. Such charges are calculated by the relevant customs office at clearance, and cannot be established beforehand.
Please note that the processing time required to receive your refund depends on the internal procedures of your Credit Institution.
How to return a wrong or defective item
GCDS is committed to offer high quality products and services. Should you, for any reason, have a complaint about an item purchased online (in case of defects and/or non-conformity), please contact our Customer care: customercare@gcds.it
Please provide all necessary information, including your order number, and some photos showing the labels of the received item.
Before sending the item, we kindly ask you to wait for a feedback from our Customer Care, that will deal with your complaint as quickly as possible, providing you with all instructionts to send the item back.
