Returns and refunds

All products may be returned within 14 days from the order’s delivery date, the item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging, not worn, including labels and dust bag.

We do our best to reduce any delay as much as possible, however during high intensity periods, returns process may experience slight delays due to high demand.

Please note we are unable to accept returns requests for underwear products.

In order to get your return registered log into GCDS Return Center and follow the steps to complete your return.

  1. Click on “GCDS Return Center" and follow the instructions.
  2. Download and print the return label.
  3. Pack all the returned items, and attach the label on a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer. Please make sure to remove all previous labels from the outside of the package.
  4. Book a pick-up by contacting DHL, or bring the package to the nearest DHL Service point. You can also enter the waybill number directly on the DHL website.
  5. You will receive an email as soon as the logistics have processed your return, and when a refund is issued.

Please note that original order's shipping costs won't be refunded.

GCDS provide a paid return service, where a fixed fee will be deducted from the refund for all orders to reduce the environmental impact of our operations.
However, in response to rising shipping costs, GCDS is committed to providing customers with a more affordable shopping experience by offering competitive shipping prices compared to market estimates.

If the User, for whatever reason, wishes to change the product received (for example: wants to purchase the same product but of a different size) or wants to exercise the right of free withdrawal referred to in the previous section, he/she must carry out the following return procedure: exercise the right of free withdrawal within 14 days from the date of shipment of the order, return the goods received to GCDS (in compliance with the provisions set out in the previous section), choose alternatively between the refund of the amount paid and the coupon of equal value, which will be valid for a new purchase for 12 months and, in case of change of product, proceed with the new purchase.

Don’t forget to keep the tracking number so that you can monitor the shipment of your parcel, GCDS cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft or damage of the returned packages.

It is mandatory to monitor your return shipment until delivery is successfully completed within the 14 days deadline, in case of delays or customs problems please contact our Customer Care.

GCDS reserves the right to decline refunds for returns received after this period.

The refund of your order will be processed as soon as the logistics team notify the correct delivery of the return, it may take a few days from the delivery in order to complete the return process.

Please kindly note that we reserve the right to decline a refund in case your item was not sent in its original condition (worn, damaged, etc). The refund will be issued directly to the payment method used for the original purchase, please note that the refunded amount will be credited to your account within 5 business days, subject to your bank’s policy.
