RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns may be requested within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received:
• unworn, unused and unwashed;
• complete with all original tags, labels and accessories;
• in perfect condition, free from signs of wear and returned in their original packaging, where possible.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions outlined above.
How to request a return

How to return an item
Step 1 – Register Your Return
Access the Returns Portal and select the relevant order. You will be able to choose the items you wish to return and follow the instructions provided.
Step 2 – Receive Your Return Label
Once your return has been registered, you will receive your return label via email. Simply print the label and use it for the shipment. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.
Step 3 – Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items, preferably using the original packaging. Please ensure that all products are clean, unworn and complete with all original accessories. Attach the return label clearly to the outside of the parcel.
Step 4 – Ship Your Return
Hand over the parcel to the designated courier. We recommend retaining your shipping receipt until your refund has been fully processed.
Return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
We also recommend keeping your return tracking number until confirmation that your return has been received at our warehouse.

Refunds
Once your return has been received, our team will carry out the necessary quality inspections. This process may require several business days.
You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed. If the returned items meet our return requirements, the refund will be issued within 14 business days from the confirmation of acceptance of the return.
For returns shipped from non-EU countries, any customs duties and import charges incurred upon receipt of the goods will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note that the time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.
