Returns and Refunds

Schedule your Return

Log into GCDS Return Center and follow the steps to complete your return.


Return Policy

GCDS has a 14-day return policy from the time of order's delivery.

Italy & Europe

  • Click on "Schedule your Return" and follow the instructions.

  • Place the item (s) in the original box or in an equally robust box, making sure to remove all previous labels from the outside of the package. The return label included in the package must be attached to the outside of the box.

  • Book a pick-up by contacting DHL, or bring the package to the nearest DHL point. You can also enter the waybill number directly on the DHL website.

  • Keep the tracking number so that you can monitor the shipment of your parcel.

Once received in the warehouse, the return will be processed and if it complies with the required conditions, it will be credited back to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

You will receive a confirmation email when the return has been successfully completed.

Express shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase are not refundable.

  • Click on "Schedule your Return" and follow the instructions.

  • Place the item (s) in the original box or in an equally robust box, making sure to remove all previous labels from the outside of the package.

  • Schedule your own return shipment with any couries of your choice and ship the parcel to the following address:

Once received in stock, the return will be processed and if it complies with the required conditions will be credited back to the type of payment used at the time of purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email when the return is successfully completed. express shipping costs charged at the time of purchase are not refundable.

Important Information

GCDS cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft or damage to returned package.

For all shipments going to countries outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for all import taxes, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the country of shipment. Payment of these duties is required to clear your order through customs.
It is not possible to calculate the exact amount to be paid for taxes and duties, so please check before placing an order.
